Post Office, Bregenz
Located near the harbor and the railway station, the Post Office was built in 1895 by Friedrich Setz, designed by Remedies Wacker. It was built on a wooden base to avoid dipping into the sandy grounds. This grandiose building has the same construction as the Imperial Post Office in the Bad Ischl resort. It has a domed ledge in the center of the façade and Ionic columns decorated with allegoric images.
