1) The Park
The Park is a cool, pleasingly unpretentious evening lounge and bar situated in Clifton. The interior of the bar is gorgeous, with brilliant burgundy leather benches, pale-wood chairs and a small bar serving delicious cocktails, shots and beer. The hippest DJs perform at The Park, playing soul, jazz, hip-hop and funk.

2) Antix Bar & Nightclub
Opened in 2005, Antix is a restaurant by day that transforms into a bar and mini-sized club playing a wide selection of music at night. Guests can enjoy food, drinks and dancing till 6 am.

3) O2 Academy
O2 Academy is one of the city's most popular venues, located below the ice rink on Frogmore Street. This club hosts events almost every night, offering a variety of DJs and bands as entertainment.

4) BSB Bars
BSB Bars is one of the best waterfront bars, serving a variety of beers, wines and spirits, as well as a good selection of dishes. The dance floor is fairly large and DJs spin a variety of modern tunes.

5) Oceana
Oceana is a glamorous nightclub, and a perfect place for any occasion. It features five bars and two rooms. The club’s eclectic mix of music and lively atmosphere make it very popular among tourists and locals.

6) Old Duke
The Old Duke is a jazz and blues venue and pub situated on King Street, Bristol, England. Live music is played every night of the week, admission is free and it hosts an annual Jazz Festival. The pub's name is a reference to the classic American jazz musician Duke Ellington, though the pub has actually held the same (or similar) name for centuries, and most likely previously referred to The Duke of Wellington. The pub dates from about 1780 and is a grade II listed building. The pub's heritage lies with traditional, New Orleans inspired jazz. Bands include the Severn Jazzmen, who have been playing at the venue for over 35 years, Keith Little's Hot Six, Cass Caswell's Allstars, Pete Martin's Jazz Kings, The University of Bristol Traditional Jazz Band, and many touring bands from around the world.

7) Panache
Panache is considered Bristol's premier nightclub. DJs spin a wide range of music from 80's to R&B and funk. The club serves a large variety of cocktails, beers and wines.

The Syndicate Superclub is one of the city's largest dance venues, featuring a spacious dance floor, seating areas, three large bars, a cloakroom and an outdoor smoking area.
