1) Dar Batha Palace
Dar Batha Palace is a prominent city landmark and one of the main tourist attractions in the region. Located near the Dar el-Batha Museum, this amazing attraction consists of a luxurious palace, gorgeous gardens, as well as a museum dedicated to Moroccan arts and traditions.

2) Dar el-Batha Museum
Dar el-Batha Museum is located in a Hispano-Moorish palace near the city’s Batha, or Place de l'Independence. It's a must-see tourist attraction, as the fascinating museum offers an amazing collection of various artifacts, local art, as well as culture and history documents.

3) Bab Bou Jeloud
Bab Bou Jeloud is one of the numerous gates in Fes, located at the entrance to old Medina. The original gate was built in Mauresque-Andalusian style in the 11th century. The exterior of Bab Bou Jeloud is beautifully decorated with Fassi blue and green tiles, while its horseshoe arches impress due to its splendor.

4) Café Clock
Café Clock is situated in the beginning of Talaa Kbira Street, near the fine Medersa Bou Inania. This pleasant café is located in a 250-year-old courtyard house. The café provides traditional Moroccan cooking, delicious drinks, as well as the local Bohemian experience.

5) Semlali Mohamed
Located on Talaa Kebira Street, Semlali Mohamed is a shop which deals with a wide collection of various musical instruments. The owner, Si Mohamed, will offer you anything from professional high-quality instruments to wonderful wooden oboes and Gnaoua castanets.

6) Chez Boutbi Nadia
Chez Boutbi Nadia is another terrific shop on Medina’s Talaa Kebira Street. The store is small, yet pleasant with traditional Fassi ceramics - including miniature tajines for salt and pepper and beautiful plates. Chez Boutbi Nadia is excellent value for the money!

7) Spice Shop
Located on Talaa Kebira Street, Spice Shop is managed by Hassan Graoui and his son Khalid. The family provides an extensive selection of various spices, including popular cinnamon, coriander, mace flowers, turmeric, sfar anise, nutmeg, and black pepper.

8) Coin Berbere
At the intersection of Talaa Kebira Street and Derb el-Horra, tourists will discover three nice shops, all of which are owned by the Bouzidi-Idrissi family. One stores offers excellent antique ceramics, fine embroidery, and beautiful furniture. While the other shops sell antique items, carpets, and exotic jewelery.
