1) Cocoliche
A glamorous spot, Cocoliche is one of the best nightclubs in Buenos Aires. It has two levels: on the ground floor there is a bar and chill out area, while underground there's a dance floor with a top sound system and a great LED light show. 2) La Marshall
La Marshall is a tango club where gays and lesbians can freely express their feelings and emotions through the most passionate of dances. Its special ambience lets people practice tango and play whichever role they prefer: guiding or being guided. The club has an interactive music program specially chosen for a relaxing experience with tango, electronica and ethnic music such as milonga, as well as contemporary tango.

3) Contramano
Contramano is a long-standing gay nightspot - opened in 1984 - in the El Centro neighborhood of Buenos Aires. As soon as it opened it became the most popular gay club of the city. Today it is well-known as a live music club. Here you can enjoy great music: golden oldies, Latin beats and pop. Occasionally there’s also male striptease. It's open from midnight to 6am on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10pm-5am on Sundays.

4) Angels
Angels is a very popular nightclub in Buenos Aires that attracts lesbians, gays and transvestites along with straight clubgoers. It has two dance floors, a nice bar and a busy dark room at the back. At Angels you can enjoy great electronica, pop and Latin music. It's open Thursday-Saturday from 1:30am to 7am. Check their website for discount flyers.

5) Glam
Glam is one of the most popular gay clubs in the city. It's a mid-sized venue with two bars, a dance floor and a very nice outdoor patio. It attracts a cross-section of guys aged 20 to 50. And even though it's not a big nightclub, Glam brings in just as many people as larger venues. So if you're gay and want to have a great night out, it's the place to go.

6) Amerika
Amerika is one of the most popular gay clubs in Buenos Aires. But what is interesting about this particular nightclub is that straight people also come here. They are attracted by the great music and atmosphere, and are usually found partying upstairs. With its eclectic mix of different clubgoers, Amerika vibes for you across its multiple levels on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

7) Sitges
Sitges Bar is a very popular warm-up venue in Buenos Aires. It is one of the biggest gay bars in the city, a cool place where both gays and lesbians can meet in a nice and welcoming atmosphere. It's open from Wednesday - Sunday, starting at 10:30pm. If you want to continue dancing into the night you can head over to the Amerika nightclub, which is just two blocks away.
