1) Dasaprakash Restaurant
Dasaprakash is an old vegetarian restaurant that offers many tasty local dishes. Here you can try all kinds of gourmet Indian delights, as well as the freshest juice drinks and ice-creams. You can see all kinds of people here, from local businessmen at lunch to families eating out or couples enjoying a romantic dinner.

2) Raj Mandir Cinema
The Raj Mandir Cinema is Jaipur’s most famous movie theater. Opened in 1976, the cinema has seen many movie premieres of Hindi films, and is a source of great pride to the city. Designed by architect W.M. Namjoshi in Art Moderne style, the theater is known for its large size, as well as opulent meringue-colored interior.

3) Mall 21
Mall 21, which is located near the famous Rajmandir cinema, is one of the most popular shopping spots in Jaipur. Many locals come here to enjoy the restaurants and cafes, or to visit a beauty salon for a pedicure among many other services.

4) St. Xavier's School
St. Xavier's Senior Secondary School is one of the oldest schools in Jaipur. Established in 1945, it is managed by the Christian Jesuits, who welcome pupils of different faiths. This top-rated school is a prime example of the best in Indian education.

5) Jai Club
The Jai Club is a famous social club that dates back to the late 1940s. It offers all kinds of ways for locals to spend their leisure time, with badminton, cricket and other sports proving very popular. Kids also love to come here to visit the swimming pool. Adults eat lunch here or enjoy a beer in the evenings.

6) Jaipur Zoo
The Jaipur Zoo is one of the most popular parks in the city. Set in the Ram Niwas garden, near the Albert Hall, this zoo attracts locals in their droves to see all the fascinating animals. Of particular interest are the bird enclosure, the floral arcades and the menacing crocodile!

7) Bapu Bazzar
Bapu Bazaar is just one of many bazaars in the city. Locals come here to buy and sell different goods, including Indian textiles, local perfumes, camel leather goods and handicrafts. As well as making for a great Jaipur shopping experience, a trip to a bazaar can teach visitors a lot about the culture and customs of the city.
