City Pillar Shrine
2) City Pillar Shrine
The City Pillar Shrine or San Lak Muang is religious monument that holds King Rama’s wooden pillar. The beautiful construction looks like a small temple and represents a fine example of modern Isan architecture. The elegant Shrine is dedicated to a God - protector of the town. It is located near the flower market in the heart of the town and is highly valued by the locals.
