The Italian tradition in leather manufacturing is known for its excellent quality products. Wallets, purses, suitcases, shoes and belts, are only some of the leather products available in Rome. Due to this, there are many pelletterias, or leather shops, on most any city street, with everything from small shops to large ateliers offering traditional leather clothes and accessories.
