Variety Playhouse is located in the Little Five Points neighborhood and features a variety of music that includes rock, jazz, country, folk and blues. Built during the Second World War, it underwent a lot of renovation. Having received many awards, this place is totally worth visiting.
3) Star Community Bar
Star Community Bar is 100% rock-n-roll. Located in Atlanta's famous Little Five Points neighborhood, this venue features loud music, great bands, cold beer and a friendly ambiance.
4) Dark Horse Tavern & 10 High Club
Dark Horse Tavern & 10 High Club are like Yin and Yang, two indispensable elements that form a single working unit. The tavern supplies the best beer in town while the club downstairs hosts up-and-coming rock-n-roll and heavy metal acts. Every Monday the club features Metal karaoke. Blind Willie's is famous across the whole country. Named after the famous "Blind" Willie McTell, here you'll meet only the best blues acts, among which The Shadows and House Rocker Johnson and Sandra Hall perform weekly. Blind Willie's has nice staff, excellent live music and great bar. What more can one ask for?

Smith's Olde Bar features a circular stage that host both live music as well as DJ dance parties. The spot has special songwriter's nights where up-and-coming acts can show their talents. With a wide selection of entertainment, Smith's Olde Bar is a favorite with many.
7) The Loft
The Loft is located in the CW Midtown Music Complex. It is a cozy club that features national and international acts and local bands. The venue combines live music with a nice lounge and bar experience.
