1) Stamp Museum
The Stamp Museum is located in the heart of Melaka's historical district near many other museums. At this fascinating museum, you will find numerous stamps of various colors and shapes, as well as old envelopes, fine letterhead and postal uniforms.

2) Historical and Ethnography Museum
The Historical and Ethnography Museum is located in the Stadhuys (the central district of Melaka). Housed on the second floor of the building, this museum has exhibits that showcase the lifestyle of the numerous communities and sub-communities of Melaka. The first floor is dedicated to the history of the city.

3) UMNO Museum
Located in central Melaka, the UMNO Museum focuses on the founding and subsequent struggles of Melaka. Here you will see historic photographs, letters and other items that relate to this theme.

4) Islam Museum
Located at the foot of St. Paul's Hill, the Islam Museum is housed in the former headquarters of the Melaka Islamic Council. It has a variety of interesting exhibits related to Islamic culture. It also has exhibits that illustrate the importance of Islam in the city during the period of the Melaka Sultanate.

5) Architecture Museum
The Architecture Museum, or Muzium Seni Bina, is located next to the Islam Museum in the center of Melaka. Inside, you can find numerous models of buildings, depicting trends in local and international architecture.

6) Democratic Government Museum
The Democratic Government Museum is located in the heart of Melaka and formerly served as the Malacca State Legislative Assembly. Today this museum displays a variety of exhibits related to past and present governments of Malaysia. Here you can also chart the events that led to Malaysia's independence.
