Visiting night clubs and discos is an integral part of the life of local people and tourists. Africans are a very fun and an energetic people who like dancing and clubbing. Pavement
1) Pavement
This is one of the largest and most visited clubs in the city situated in Westlands. Pavement is a modern club with two bars and a dance floor. It offers you a pleasant ambiance with great music which varies with the occasion. Its Thursday evenings are the most grandiose. The Salsa nights will plunge you into a romantic ambiance created by this beautiful dance style. There are also a lot of other surprises, such as evenings with the most popular local DJs.

Gipsy
2) Gipsy
Gipsy is the most famous bar in Nairobi but with the passage of time it has become more like a club. It is popular both among residents and tourists. It is always crowded and has a dance area that livens up on weekend evenings. On Wednesdays, there are special evenings. You can dance to the music of the 1970s produced by a famous Nairobi DJ.

Red Tape
3) Red Tape
Red Tape is a must see nightlife spot. Its magnificent ambiance, good music and excellent service will make you forget all your troubles. The club has a large balcony, a bar with a great choice of drinks and hot cocktails. The clubbers are energetic and active and you will always find good company and a nice partner to dance with. On Wednesday evenings, you can listen to a live local rock band. There is a dress code and the security at the club is excellent.

Black Diamond
4) Black Diamond
Black Diamond is a new night club located in Westlands. Here you can listen to live music. The hot ambiance and the genge and kapuka music will make you dance, dance and dance. There is also a large balcony where you can chill out drinking a cocktail. Black Diamond is one of the most popular dance clubs among tourists.

Klub House I
5) Klub House I
A nice club for nice people. Klub House I is situated in a wonderful building. Just entering it you begin to smile as you are welcomed by a huge smiling sun and two African elephants supporting the roof. Inside you will be met by a friendly staff and good music. Here you can dance to Latino, Caribbean and, of course, African rhythms, produced by famous local DJs. On Tuesdays there are hot evenings with Jazz music. Klub House I is a favorite dance club with local people and is always crowded in the evenings.
