Azucar
1) Azucar
Azucar ("Sugar") is one of the livliest clubs in Madrid. It specializes in Latino parties, so if you are in the mood for some salsa or other traditional Latin rhythms, this is the right place to go. There are special professional dancers who teach the crowd some of the hottest dances, lasting until 6 a.m. You don't want to miss it!

Ananda
2) Ananda
Ananda is a club located inside the Atocha train station. It features two different rooms, one of which ususally features Latin-inspired parties with salsa music, R&B or Spanish pop. The other room features more of an up-scale atmosphere with chill softer music and lounge interiors.

Kapital
3) Kapital
One of the most famous clubs in Madrid, Kapital is designed exclusively for the young public (the under 30 crowd). It is a seven story high nightclub and each level has radically different decor and atmosphere. It is the place that offers the best shows in Madrid today. A dress code is enforced.

Aloque Bar/Cafe
4) Aloque Bar/Cafe
Aloque is situated on Torrecilla del Leal street in the Lavapies neighborhood. It is a wine-specialty bar, featuring more than 200 Spanish, French and other varieties. The bar also serves delicious tapas that are popular with the locals and visitors who always leave the place satisfied. Aloque is closed during the month of August.

La Trocha
5) La Trocha
La Trocha is a small, quiet bar on Calle Huertas in the Las Letras neighborhood. It is famous for serving the Brazilian drink Caipirinha for more than 25 years. The locals love it for the familiar and cozy atmosphere, the background jazz musicm and the house specialty.

Gabana 1880

A very famous club in Madrid, Gabana 1880 is one of the trendiest nightlife spots in Madrid. The clientèle of this club consists mainly of celebrities, from stylish locals and public personas to national celebrities.

Alquimia
7) Alquimia
Alquimia Club is located near the National Library on Calle de la Villanueva. The club and the bar are hosted in an old house that features medieval decorations made of several old art works. It is the place to listen to baroque music and enjoy the Revival style interiors. Being a place of an exclusive atmosphere, it is mostly visited by a middle-aged clientèle.

Balmoral
8) Balmoral
Balmoral, an English style bar, is a famous cocktail spot in Madrid. It is located north of the historic center of Madrid and has been a permanent place to meet for upmarket clientèle. The bar offers a selection of more than 100 cocktails to choose from and it exclusively serves tapas.

Castellana Ocho
9) Castellana Ocho
"Castellana 8" is a classy bar found on Castellana Road and is close to the Colon Square in Madrid. The bar features a select ambiance, with elegant decorations and pleasant staff. It is a favorite for its jazzy atmoshpere and the wide variety of cocktails available.
