One of the most delightful things to do in Prague's Old Town is to go on a shopping expedition along its old streets, some of which are paved with cobblestones. Numerous stores are situated in old buildings, beautiful structures with attractive architectural features and lots of history. Amble down Celetna Street and browse its collection of souvenir shops and clutch of bigger stores. Treat yourself to some refreshments in one of its cafés or restaurants. The high point of any shopping trip in the city should be Na Příkopě Street, one of its main commercial streets. This hub of retail delights is right in the center of Prague, connecting Wenceslas Square with the Powder Tower. There is a plethora of stores, boutiques and galleries on this wide boulevard, including international chains. Many of them stay open to late. Explore their interiors for just about everything you can imagine, including expensive Swiss watches, the latest clothing fashions, electrical goods and Bohemian glass. But that's not all. There are many more old town shopping experiences to be enjoyed. Go to Palladium, the largest shopping mall in central Prague. It is located on Republic Square and houses many international favorites, such as Body Shop, Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder and H&M. While you will find many shops in Prague selling Bohemian crystal, one of the most outstanding is Celetna Crystal for the range, quality and quantity of items on sale. They include glasses, jewelry, chandeliers and crystal figurines.
