Thai Fellowship Church
2) Thai Fellowship Church
The Fellowship Church is an acclaimed place of worship with an ambiance of purity and peace. The church’s vision is to help people believe in themselves, in happiness, and in God. Its goal is to improve the community’s cultural and social development. Members welcome all visitors with love and respect. Flowers, candles, fruits, and decorative elements contribute to the church’s popularity as a spot for visitors.

Our Lady of Assumption
3) Our Lady of Assumption
The island has a few Catholic churches: Chapel of the Sacred Heart (Patong), Le Meridien (Karon Noi Beach), and Our Lady of the Assumption (Phuket). Though just a few in number, the churches’ influence is large. Masses are available in two languages, Thai and English. Sunday Mass in Thai takes place at 9 a.m. and Sunday Mass in English at 11 a.m. Services are not available on other days. A visit on Sunday morning, especially with your travel companions, will be an enjoyable stop for you.

Hope of God Phuket Church
4) Hope of God Phuket Church
The Hope of God Phuket Church is part of the Apostolic International Church Planting Movement- Hope of God International. Several churches of the Hope of God are in Phuket, with one located on one of the town’s central roads, Ratsada Soi. The church meets on the first floor of the Thavorn Hotel. Many people come to this Christian church to worship the Lord. The church’s staff and members firmly believe the Bible’s principles and revere them. This church offers you a quiet place with a holy atmosphere.

Wat Wichit Sangkaram
5) Wat Wichit Sangkaram
Among locals, Wat Wichit Sangkaram is known as Wat Kuan. It is a beautiful edifice worth visiting. Bright colours along with traditional architecture that is still impressive make this place a draw for tourists. Wat Wichit Sangkaram is a perfect example of history and traditions, culture and beliefs. Many religious ceremonies are held here, so you may have the opportunity to see one!

Wat Charoen Samanakit
6) Wat Charoen Samanakit
Wat Charoen Samanakit is located in the northern part of town, near the local prison. The temple is famous for its exterior architecture and peaceful interior. Candles, fruits, and flowers contribute to the wat’s calming atmosphere. The National Library Branch is also located here, where you can find a large collection of books. The branch was established in 1992. The wat is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is a memorable conclusion to your self-guided tour of religious places in Phuket.
