Huaca Pucllana is an archaeological pyramid ruin in Miraflores. The pyramid was built by ancient cultures of Peru in 400 AD. It is here where indigenous people of the land made important decisions, as well as sacrificed women and children. At the top of Huaca Pucllana, visitors will enjoy a magnificent view of Lima. Individuals may also walk through flora and fauna park at the foot of the pyramid. At night, Huaca Pucllana is wonderfully illuminated.

Lima offers a diverse assortment of fountains, many of which are located in squares or parks. The Fountain in Ovalo Balognesi is among the most fantastic fountains in all of the city. The fountain is located on the famous Miraflores beach, and is brightly illuminated at night.

Parque del Amor, or Love Park, faces the Pacific Ocean on the cliffs of Chorrillos. Once you arrive at Parque del Amor, it's very easy to tell why the location is one of the most romantic areas in all of Lima. Parque del Amor also features a large statue of a woman and a man embracing each other.

La Rosa Nautica is what some may call "a restaurant on the waves." The restaurant rates among the most exclusive in the Miraflores district, and is very famous among the locals. La Rosa Nautica is set on pilings and the building offers a relaxing view of the ocean, ships, surfers, and paragladers.

Miraflores is the most attractive of all the districts in Lima. Tourists often indulge themselves in the beautiful and upscale beaches, as well as the terrific shops and restaurants. Make sure you take your significant other for a walk down the golden sand, as the sun sets in the distance.
