Introduction

GPSmyCity is looking for informative and high quality travel articles in the following areas:

• Travel Stories - first person account travel stories related to destination discovery, road trips, or short getaways with the assistance of one of the following software and/or hardware:
  • Travel apps written for smart phones such as iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc.
    NOTE: The story cannot simply deal with using Google Maps for directions. Preferred travel apps to be described are: offline maps, metro maps, public transit guides, city guides, city walks, business (restaurant, cafe, WC) locators, museum/gallery guides, wifi finders, lodging guides, local attraction guides, etc.
  • GPS navigator used in automobile or outdoor
• How-To Guide - guide on using travel app on smart phone or GPS navigator for travel planning and reservation, trip navigation, and destination discovery.
• Travel App Review - first hand user-experience-based in depth review of travel app. Each article must provide a detailed review of one travel app with screen shots of the app in action. The review must be based on your first hand experience in using the app in a real situation.

Submission Guidelines

• Article should be between 750 and 2000 words.
• Article must be original work that has not been published anywhere else including your personal website or blog.
• Each article should be accompanied by at least three photos. You must own copyright of the photos or have permission from the copyright owners to use the photos in the article.
• Please check spelling, grammar, and punctuation before submitting your article.

Payment

• We pay $50 per article, via Paypal or bank check, within 30 days after publication.
