Casa Francisco Ordeig (Francisco Ordeig House), Valencia

The Francisco Ordeig House is a residential building located on the Market Square in the city of Valencia. It is a multi-family residential building in the Valencian Modernist style built in 1907, the work of the Valencian architect Francisco Mora Berenguer.

The architect Francisco Mora Berenguer built it by order of Francisco Ordeig as his private home. The first project dates in 1907 although it was replaced by a neo-Gothic revival in 1908.

The building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors, counting on the mezzanine. The tripartite view points on the second and third floors stand out on the main facade, with columns and decoration at the top. On the third floor there is a balcony with profuse decoration on the upper part. The building is topped by a neo-gothic tower, with pillars like battlements, sgraffito in the modernist style, rose windows and an iron wrought iron railing with plant decoration that finishes off the tower.

On the side of the building there is modernist sgraffito at various heights topped by neo-Gothic battlements.
