Church of the Ascension, Atlantic City

Church of the Ascension is situated at 1601 Pacific Avenue. This historic church is dedicated to the Ascension of Jesus and was originally built in 1893. The present church was established in 1900 according to plans conceived by Frank A. Watson. It exemplifies Romanesque architectural style and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
