Empire Brewing Company is a bar and grill that makes its own beer. It offers a wide selection of hand-crafted ales and lagers, as well as tasty food made from fresh local ingredients. Wine and cocktails are also available. The brewing facility is located in a glass-enclosed area, so you can see all the brewing machinery at work. The kitchen is also visible, so when you order food, you can see it being prepared. Empire Brewing Company is open Monday to Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.
