Located in the heart of Bregenz on Deuringstrasse, the Fredis Käslädele Cheese Shop, founded in 1982 by Fredi Binder and his wife, offers a selection of 100 Austrian and European cheeses. In addition to great cheese, you can also find a magnificent assortment of Austrian wines here. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
