Galerie Yvon Lambert (Yvon Lambert Gallery), Paris

Yvon Lambert established his Parisian gallery in the 1960s, showcasing American artists who were pillars of conceptual art, minimalism, and land art, as well as European artists starting in 1972. In the 1980s, he was a visionary, returning to painting, photography, and video by exhibiting major artists of the period.

In 2000, he inaugurated the Collection Lambert in Avignon, and in 2012, he offered his personal collection to the French state. With more than 500 significant artworks, it is now accesisible to a wider audience, presented alongside temporary exhibitions created by the museum's team.

After his gallery on 108 Rue Vieille du Temple closed, he opened a gallery, bookstore, and publishing house in 2017 with his daughter Ève. The space was designed by architect Dominique Perrault (DPA) and is a meeting place, offering a wide selection of books, catalogs, rare books, and new exhibitions with established and emerging artists.
