An upscale establishment found inside the ultra-modern Urban hotel in Madrid, the Glass Bar, as its name implies, features a transparent theme throughout the space. The impressive and sophisticated interior includes transparent chairs designed by Phillipe Starck, known as ghost chairs, crystal floors that light from underneath, and an impressive spider-like Moroccan chandelier. Especially famous for its oyster bar, in addition to expertly-crafted cocktails, guests will be delighted by the Glass Bar’s menu of Japanese-inspired cuisine, specializing in delicious seafood dishes in particular like soft-shell crab salad and toro tuna tartare.
