Igreja Matriz do Santíssimo Sacramento de Santo Antônio is another beautiful, baroque-style, Catholic Church in Recife. The façade of the church is lovely, made in three levels, with amazing carved doors and decorated windows. The interior of the church is also fascinating. The wall paintings are noteworthy, as are the carvings, a large crystal chandelier, balconies, two pulpits and many other ornaments. The church was completed in 1790.
