The Libertad Market , better known as Mercado de San Juan de Dios , is located in the downtown area of the city of Guadalajara , Jalisco , Mexico . It is the largest roofing market in Latin America , 1 with an area of ​​40,000 m² . It was work of the architect Alejandro Zohn and inaugurated the 30 of December of 1958.
