Guadalajara is not the most famous city on earth. Maybe you haven’t even heard of it just yet? If not, lay back and read about one of the biggest cities in Mexico and enjoy the photos. You should go! This city offers a lot of cultural activities, places of history, several markets to wander around, squares to relax and watch people and amazing food!

I divided this walking tour into two parts as the second part involves a lot of walking. Because of the walking and because I think it is good to stop for a while and really observe the atmosphere of a place, I recommend you to do those walking tours on two different days. Anyway, if you are short on time, you can also do it in one go.

The first part of the walking tour is a lot about squares while you will be visiting several markets on the second walk.

We start our walking tour, at the Plaza de Armaas or Plaza de la Constitución. Unfortunately about half of the square is a construction site at the moment.
