I happened upon this charming borough one afternoon while out riding my bike and was shocked at just how much was going on. From bars and boats to swimming and socializing, this residential neighbourhood was alive with activity and excitement.

A stone’s throw from downtown, Kristineberg is much quieter and more relaxed than historic Gamla Stan and trendy Södermalm. But it’s by no means quiet. Although you won’t find any museums or landmarks in this part of the city, there’s still plenty to see and do in this hip ‘hood.
