Since moving to Berlin in the Fall of 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of dining at some of the capital’s absolute top restaurants. Berlin might not be best known for its dining scene, but these venues are certainly worth traveling for. Here are my 5 favorites – plus a couple of extra recommendations.
Located inside the prestigious The Regent Berlin, this two Michelin-star restaurant combines world-class gastronomy with great service and stylish surroundings. Chef Christian Lohse’s kitchen is classic and mainly fish-inspired using only the best ingredients. There’s a reason why this restaurant has been awarded two stars for the past seven years!
Fancy creative cuisine full of intense flavors and playful elements? Then Horvath should be on top of your list! This two Michelin-star restaurant in Kreuzberg offers a different yet very delicate cuisine, friendly service and a cosy garden in which you can enjoy your dinner during summer.
