There’s even more fun for children at the Darling Quarter Playground with its climbing ropes, swings, slides and water games.

Make your way over to the Harborside Shopping Center, where you will find lots of fashion and gift shops and a large food court. For some quiet, contemplative moments, stop by the Chinese Garden of Friendship. Stroll among a walled enclave of pavilions, hidden pathways, waterfalls and lakes.

At night, Darling Harbor takes on a magical aura with illuminated fountains and lights from buildings reflected in the water. Enjoy the scene with a romantic meal on a terrace of one of the many restaurants. There are more than 30 eateries featuring cuisines from all over the globe. Darling Harbor is well connected to the rest of the city via public transport and is just a few minutes’ walk from the central business district.
