London from a Point of View of a Harry Potter Fan

London from a Point of View of a Harry Potter Fan, London, England (B)

The famous Harry Potter movies are filmed all around the United Kingdom. Personally I am a real Harry Potter fan and that is why I needed to see certain film locations in London when I went there last December. I did not visit all locations, but in this article I want to share some locations which are, for me, really worth the visit. If you have time enough in the big city, you can visit them all!

This is one of the places I visited during my time in London last year. From the city centre, you can easily walk to the station, although it takes about 30/45 minutes. I do not mind to walk for a bit as you come across a lot on the way too, but if you want to get there faster, you can go by metro. King’s Cross station is the station where the Hogwarts students board the Hogwarts Express on Platform 9 ¾. At the station, you can find a place with half a luggage cart disappearing into the wall. You can go on the photo with it and pretend like you are a Hogwarts student yourself. Next to this place, you can find a little shop where you can find lots of merchandise from the movies. Nice to walk around! ...... (follow the instructions below for accessing the rest of this article).
