A popular hangout in Vilnius, particularly amongst its population of university students, Bix Baras was originally established by former members of the classic Lithuanian rock band, Bix. This theme of rock and roll decadence is carried through in the smoky, seedy layout of the club’s interior space. A major draw of this hot nightlife establishment is its menu of reasonably-priced snacks, which are also quite tasty, as well as its ample assortment of cheap beer to get the party going. Upstairs guests will find a small pool hall, while the ground level features a stage for bands which perform here on the weekends. The basement level is a dedicated dance space serving up tunes that keep the sweaty crowd shaking their rumps into the wee hours.
