Museo Bolivariano, Caracas (must see)

Museo Bolivariano was built in 1911 and tells the history of the Bolivar family. Though a small building, it has permanent exhibits. Here you can find documentation of the family's and the city's history, personal objects, historic flags and other objects used during colonial times. This museum is a must-visit in order to get a well-rounded portrait of Venezuela's history.
