Natural Science Museum, Durban (must see)

Durban's Natural Science Museum is one of the smallest science museums in South Africa, yet it is one of the busiest. The museum is located on the first floor of Durban City Hall. It opened in 1887 and is sponsored by the eThekwini Municipality. The museum offers a variety of programs and exhibits focused on ecology, biodiversity and conservation. Admission to the museum is free. It is open 363 days a year.
