Organ Stop Pizza is renowned for housing what is claimed to be the largest Wurlitzer theatre organ in the world. This organ, played 363 days a year, holds the record for being the most played organ globally. Powered by three Spencer turbine blowers, with a fourth on standby, the organ operates at 1800 RPM and moves 10,000 cubic feet of air. The Wurlitzer features over 6,000 pipes, with the largest measuring 32 feet in length.

Originally built for the Denver Theatre in Colorado in 1927 for silent movies, the organ was rebuilt in 1975 for Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa. It has since been expanded with components from other Wurlitzers.
