Rose Garden at Mesa Community College, Mesa
The Rose Garden at Mesa Community College is the largest rose garden in the Desert Southwest and features nearly 9,000 rose bushes. It's one of 26 AARS-certified Demonstration and Test Gardens in the country. This garden is a significant landmark in Mesa and serves as a hub for community activities, education, and economic initiatives in the East Valley.
It functions as a botanical laboratory and study area for students ranging from kindergarten to university. The garden is best viewed in late March, April, May, June, November, and December. In January, February, September, and October, the garden is pruned and not in bloom.
