Williams Center, Tulsa

Williams Center, Tulsa

The Williams Center-anchored by the striking BOK Tower-is the defining feature of Tulsa’s downtown skyline. Rising 667 feet across 52 floors, the tower was designed by renowned architect Minoru Yamasaki, best known for the original World Trade Center in New York. The BOK Tower is often dubbed a “half-scale twin,” a tribute to CEO John Williams’ admiration for the WTC design. Constructed in 1976, the tower features elegant marble walls, polished metal accents, and a spacious lobby that recalls the grandeur of its New York counterpart.

Located in the heart of Tulsa’s Central Business District, the Williams Center complex also includes the adjacent three-story Williams Resource Center and overlooks the beautifully landscaped Williams Center Green-a 2.5-acre park that adds a lush counterpoint to the city’s urban landscape. Nearby, you'll find the Arts District, ONEOK Ballpark, and the BOK Center arena designed by César Pelli.

The complex houses over 1.3 million square feet of premium office space and offers convenient amenities like covered walkways to the Hyatt Hotel and Tulsa City Hall, onsite banking services, and ample parking garages. The Resource Center complements the tower with modern conference spaces, a presentation theater, and a new fitness center (slated for completion in 2024). With easy access from major expressways and walking distance to hotels, restaurants, museums, and residential buildings, the Williams Center remains Tulsa’s most iconic and functionally integrated commercial hub.
