What does your perfect beach look like? Do you need sand for building sandcastles or rock pools so that you can go hunting for crabs? Do you like a quirky beach café or are you just as happy with a picnic on the rocks?

There are over 150 beaches in Cornwall and many of them are considered to be some of the best in the UK. You can find secluded coves, wide stretches of golden sand, beaches with caves and beaches you can only visit on foot. Here are six of our favourites.
