Scavenger Hunt in Budapest; Kolodko Mini Statues (4/4), Budapest, Hungary

Welcome to the final post of my blog series on the wonderful mini-statues by artist Mihaly Kolodko, hidden around the city of Budapest. For those just joining, I would invite you to read the first post in this series by clicking on this link, for those of you that have already read the previous post's, let's finish what I am sure you will find to be, the most comprehensive list of the Mihaly Kolodko mini-statue's, hidden in and around Budapest.

This statue is Yoda from Star Wars, who you can spot heading down to the underground station of Metro Line 4 at Szent Gellért tér. The tiny greenish sculpture is perched on a banister, looking as if deep in thought. The Budapest Transport Center (BKK) has even embraced this new addition to their metro system. In a post on social media, they wrote, “Luke Skywalker had to travel to the Dagobah system to meet him, but you only have to go to Gellért Square: a Yoda mini-statue has appeared at the station of Metro Line 4 here!” They even added a friendly reminder for those eager to snap a photo with the diminutive Jedi Master: “If you want to take a picture with one of the greatest masters of the Force, please don’t disturb him, as he may be exploring the future.” ......
