But once we spent a few days here and explored the local area we found some redeeming qualities that make it worth visiting (in our opinion).

This is the itinerary we followed during our recent visit after lots of advance research and also making some decisions on the fly.

With this itinerary, I’m assuming you’re spending the first half of your day driving in from somewhere nearby.

Roma’s Pizza is directly across from Beach Quarters Resort, where we were staying, so it was a convenient place to pick up some pizza to take back to the resort with us.

Most resort check in times are around 3 pm – 4 pm, so even if you arrive earlier, your room might not be ready until closer to that time.

But take some time in the afternoon to explore your resort and enjoy the amenities and the activities.
