Welcome to Artists’ Attic Incorporated, a vibrant non‑profit arts collective tucked away in the heart of downtown Lexington. This unique cultural space features over 30 years of continuous presence in the city’s creative community. It hosts 20+ resident and associate artists working in oils, watercolour, pastels, mixed media, and even some unconventional materials like coal and sand. As a visitor, you can stroll through brightly lit studios, chat with artists about their techniques, and witness creativity in action, all in a welcoming atmosphere free to the public.
Each month, the gallery rotates exhibitions, spotlighting both member and guest artists. Coming spring–summer shows include an imaginative “PURRSONALITIES” augmented reality cat-themed exhibit and a serene duo exhibition by Yolanda Kennison and Susan Smith‑Sargent filled with abstracts, florals, and silk paintings. Regular receptions coincide with Lexington's LexArt Gallery Hop, where you can enjoy refreshments, mingle with creatives, and dive deeper into the local arts scene.
