The Castle Arcade is a historic shopping center near Cardiff Castle. Castle Arcade is nestled between Castle and Quay Streets from north to south and High and Womanby Streets from east to west.

The Castle Arcade was envisioned in 1882 with construction completed in 1889. It is one of the few arcades in the city that is spread over two stories. These are highlighted by upper balconies and the large arches that welcome visitors to the shopping plaza.

Tourists will find a wide variety of shops at Castle Arcade. This includes 30 unique boutiques that feature items like couture clothing, fine crystals, books, tabletop gaming, musical instruments, vintage clothing and costumes. The Castle Arcade also has numerous places to drink and dine. From pastries to cocktails, tourists can have a seat and enjoy a relaxing treat.

Other spots with Castle Arcade include a tattoo parlor and the National Theatre Wales.
