Fort Edmonton Park in Edmonton is Canada's largest living history museum. Named after the original European post in the area, it showcases Edmonton's history, including that of Indigenous Peoples. The 158-acre park contains a mix of original and recreated historical buildings and features costumed interpreters during the summer, offering a journey through time.

The park is divided into five sections representing different historical periods, allowing visitors to explore them on foot and move through time. The Indigenous Peoples Experience, added in 2021, offers insights into the cultures, stories, and histories of local First Nations and Métis communities through interactive exhibits, audio-visual displays, and music, with contributions from over 50 Indigenous historians, elders, educators, and community members.
