Musee Central de l'Armee (Central Army Museum), Algiers
The Central Army Museum, located in the El Madania district of Algiers near the iconic Martyr's Memorial, stands as a monumental tribute to Algeria’s military and historical legacy. Construction began on November 17, 1981, and the museum was inaugurated on November 1, 1984, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the Algerian Revolution's outbreak on November 1, 1954. In 2017, it was renamed after the late President Chadli Bendjedid to commemorate the 63rd anniversary of the revolution.
