Museo Historico General San Martin (General San Martin Historical Museum), Mendoza

The Historical Museum "General San Martin" is located in the center of the city. It is dedicated to the general history of Mendoza and its people, as well as to the great revolution organized by San Martín. The museum occupies the premises that the legendary liberator had hoped to make his home. The museum's collection pays homage to the work and life of Argentina's hero, who freed Argentina, Chile, and Peru from Spanish royalist forces.
