Museum of History of Kazan University, Kazan

The Museum of History of Kazan University, founded in 1979, is located in the university’s former church. Consisting of three sections dedicated to the history of one of Russia’s oldest and largest universities, it also contains a memorial museum, a lecture hall where Lenin used to study. It contains over 20,000 documents, photographs and manuscripts.
