Take The Money And Run, Bristol

Take The Money And Run, Bristol

Take the Money and Run is one of Banksy’s earliest work and longest surviving. The painting was a collaborative effort with two other street artists, Inkie and Mobz. The mural depicts the silhouettes of three thieves against a colorful backdrop. In his early work, Banksy painted freehand rather than using the stencils and the influence of graffiti on his painting was strong, which is evident in the abstract mix of swirling colors and in the style of lettering.
