The Holy Prince Vladimir Church (Князе-Владимирский храм), Irkutsk

The Holy Prince Vladimir Church was established in 1895 in honor of the 900th anniversary of the Baptism of Russia. Merchant B. Litvintseva helped fund the construction of the church. Since 1922 the church has housed a cavalry regiment and served as an orphanage. In 1990 ownership was transferred to the Irkutsk diocese.
