Togolok Moldo Park, Bishkek
Togolok Moldo Park is home to the monument dedicated to Togolok Moldo, a famous poet of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic. Togolok Moldo was born in 1860 and died in 1942. His poems and folk songs have been translated into all the languages spoken by members of the former USSR. His portrait can be seen on the local currency notes.
