V. Rogal Exhibition Center (Выставочный Центр им. В.С. Рогаля), Irkutsk
The V. Rogal Exhibition Center is located near the Circus in a modern building designed by Irkutsk architect Andrew Krasilnikov. Three floors of the center are permanently dedicated to art and commercial exhibits. The Expo Center is one of the most notable cultural institutions in Irkutsk.
