The historic volcanic hill of Santa Lucia, now a neighborhood, is one of the most prominent attractions in Santiago de Chile.
Santa Lucia is especially famous for its panoramic gardens and the core castle (known as Castillo Hidalgo) at its heart. I absolutely recommend for any visitors to Santiago de Chile to dedicate at least half a day to fully explore this hill.
