Strasbourg (or Three Countries in Three Days), Strasbourg, France

Not only did we do three cities in three days – but also three countries. (The great advantage of living in Europe I guess. Well besides it not being a dictatorship just yet. Let’s be careful that it stays that way, yeah.)

AdvertisementAnyways, we planned on visiting Strasbourg for the long weekend, which is only like a four-hour car ride from where we live. But we wanted to include some more stops since Straßbourg is kind of small.

So we started bright and early saturday morning and spent most of the day in Heidelberg. (Probably the only german city I’ve always wanted to visit lol.) I think it’s mostly known because its so beautiful. Also because of its history ofc and a lot of people move there to study.

We just walked through the whole city and up to the castle to enjoy the view. You can also take a train up there for a few euros but we decided to walk. Which was fine but also a little exhausting since we couldn’t park close lol and are dramatically unathletic. Also, it was super crowded and parking was a real nightmare. Still totally worth it. When we walked back to the car, we actually stopped by a shop and I bought a pretty pink stool that was on sale. (Yes I had to carry that through the city and people starred at us. But I didn’t regret it one bit, plus if you bring a stool you can literally sit anywhere. So cool.) ...... (follow the instructions below for accessing the rest of this article).
