The Armada Hoffler Building is the tallest building in the city. Opened in 2003, it is known as the first building built in the new Virginia Beach Town Center. The tower rises 396 feet and has 23 stories. It is also the home of the local news station. Armada Hoffler Building is one of Virginia Beach’s most recognizable landmarks, you can see it from almost anywhere in the city. This beautiful building is topped by a tower, and looks amazing when illuminated at night.
